We have worked for most of the leading clients including, such as “Turkey: DSI – General Directorate Of State Hydraulic Works, BOTAŞ – Petroleum Pipeline Corporation; Libya: Marine Authority for Maritime Transport, ODAC – Organization for Development of Administrative Centers, MMRA – Man-Made River Authority, Libyan Armed Forces, LISCO – Libya Iron & Steel Company, WOC – Waha Oil Company, Qatar: Qatar Gas, Qatar Petroleum, Algeria: ANA – Agence National des Autoroutes”.  Our experience covers a broad range of facilities from inception through to completion, commissioning and operation.

Energy law and policy is a result of balancing the trilemma “economics, politics, and environment” and includes the following issues:

Economics: Finance, efficiency, low-cost, competition

Politics: Energy security, national politics

Environment: Climate change mitigation, reduction of CO2 emissions, environmental health

Also, in energy life-cycle, there are five drivers:
