Clients include Libyan Goverment, GECOL, ODAC, Ministry of Transportation, Libyan Armed Forces, MMRA, National Oil Corporation, Waha Oil Company, Brega Oil Marketing Company and similar establishments and companies in different countries.

Emre has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry in STFA Construction Company, gaining experiences from engineering and design, business development, strategy & risk management, tender operations, organizational restructuring, and corporate issues in SME’s and large corporations in MENA region.
This experience has been gained working in the private and public sector, providing consultancy services to Qatar Gas, IGDAS, Qatar Petroleum, Saudi Aramco, for projects ranging between USD 20 million to USD 450 million.

Ali M. ELGHERIANI
Ali Elgheriani has over 40 years of experience as engineer and high rank official in industry as CEO and Chairman, in Libyan Ministries as Undersecretary, Head of Committees, Ambassador and in state organizations for special purpose projects as Operations General Manager, Board Member and Chairman.
He has successfully administered the projects of Libyan Cement Company, MMRA- Man Made River Authority, Al-Naher Company and Libya Railway Authority.
His key strength is to focus on successful administration of result-oriented processes, to tackle the problems by adopting clear-cut solutions and to settle the disputes in fairness.
Atilla Barutçu has over 30 years of experience in construction industry both in operations, project management, strategical planning, contract management and engineering/construction management in the projects both in Turkey and abroad (GCC countries, Oman, North Africa, Russia, Kazakhstan, India, Far East). He has successfully managed and completed projects as Project Manager and General Manager (STFA Construction Company and Doğuş İnşaat A.Ş.).
His key strength is the sum of his strategical planning, establishing a strong team, overseeing the critical paths and finding preventive solutions during projects execution, focusing high quality profitable end products in construction industry.
Erdem has over 15 years of professional experience primarily in supporting and delivering multi-national clients’ requirements in the construction industry in Tasyapi Construction Company ranging from business development to tender operations, project management, in small and high-profile corporations.
This experience has been gained working in the private and public sector. Project values range from USD 20 million to USD 2 billion delivering to many multi-national clients in Turkiye, Russia, MENA and Sub-Sahara region.
Erdem’s expertise lies in designing, managing and administering building and infrastructure EPC-F (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Financial) projects resulting in significant cost benefits to the Clients, provision of clear and concise investment and asset management surveys, and expert property consultancy advice on a wide range of property related elements.
Ertan Şanver has 40 years of experience in specifically contract management, field works and engineering/design works in STFA Construction Company.
His specialty is drafting and negotiating bespoke contracts including subcontracts, JV and consortium agreements, reviewing main contracts at tender stage and contract negotiations with the Employers / Customers and contract management during execution of the projects and assistance for claim preparations. He is extensively familiar with 1999 editions of FIDIC Red, Silver and Yellow books, standard contract forms of Libya Public Works, Saudi Aramco, Qatar Petroleum and Oman Standard Documents for Building and Civil Engineering Works.
His key strength is to oversee the obligations, milestones and any bottleneck through technical specifications in a contract and advise the contractor / customer / employer beforehand together with legal/contractual solutions.
Firas Alnaimi has 30 years of experience in Project, Procurement and Contracts specialist with a proven track record in successfully managing complex and fast track Projects in a competitive business environment. He is multi-lingual; English, Turkish & Arabic contract specialist working on USD 1+ billion mega projects worldwide with prominent companies such as Fluor, STFA, IC İçtaş & Astaldi JV, Jacobs, Bechtel.
His specialty covers Procurement and Management of Long Term Contract (O&M, PFI, PPP, OJEU/OJEC including Competitive Dialogue Procedure etc). He is experienced in all Commercial and Financial aspects of Projects including PFI / PPP and in successfully managing Customers / Clients (Internal and External) requirements from a Delivery / Works background, with different interests and priorities.
Ibrahim Özen has 40 years of experience in managerial positions from technical office to general manager in construction management, contract management, field works, and engineering/design works for Power Plants, Roads/Bridges, Industrial Buildings.
He has successfully performed the preparation and negotiation of contracts including subcontracts, JV and consortium agreements, the review of main contracts at tender stage and contract negotiations with the Employers / Customers and the contract management during execution of the projects and assistance for claim preparations. He is familiar with international contracts especially FIDIC & local regulations in Libya, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman.

Mehmet Ali BAKICI
More than 30 years of all-round Oil & Gas Industry experience; first 10 years with Shell in various Exploration and Development Engineering and Supervisory positions, followed by 15 years in Schlumberger, managing drilling projects at various degree of services integration, including Lumpsum and Turnkey models, then developing business for oilfield services and transitioning to the operations teams. Last two years in Schlumberger was specialized in Carbon Services to design and asses CO2 storage projects and, in Directional Drilling engineering for offshore Deepwater projects. He also works in Next division to provide Well Engineering and Project Management training out of Pau Training Center.
He worked for TNK-BP to run drilling support center for a year, including real-time monitoring, engineering and geological support. Then he joined to Baker Integrated Operations division in Iraq as Sr. Project Manager. He is now working for Qatar Petroleum as Drilling Technical Coordinator.
His key strength is to provide advice on the optimum solutions for managing and executing the well delivery process ranging from conceptual field development planning through to detailed well programming, operational best practices, drilling related elements of the Company’s Strategic Plan, and expert knowledge across a wide spectrum of drilling completion and workover operations.
Murat started his professional life as “Plant Manager with Paksan Crane Manufacturing & Trade” and “Controller of Piping, HVAC, Fire Safety Projects with Yuksel Construction”, and continued as Deputy General Manager for computer software with Gantek Group of Companies and as General Manager with Mazdata. He joined Palmet Inc. in 2005 as Sales & Marketing Director and Executive Committee Member in telecommunications, data centers, MEP projects, conventional and renewable energy projects, biomass and biogas projects.
He currently conducts consultancy services on all phases of such projects mentioned above. His key strength lies in: “developing, maintaining and managing relationship easily among all levels – believing to the importance of goals – teamworking and strict planning for success (Plan – Do – Revise – Develop) – able to work under pressure – having highly preferred organizational skills – self motivation and effective communication skills”.
Mr. Sari has over 40 years of experience as petroleum geologist on basin evaluation, prospect generation, outpost, development and infill vertical and horizontal drilling, and prospect resources, risk and reserve analysis and Exploration Portfolio and economic analysis, budget meeting presentations to the owners. He has worked for TPAO (Turkish Petroleum National Corporation), WAHA Oil Company of Libya and RESA Consultant.
He is a good team leader with expats and local G&G staff, wellsite operation geologists and reservoir, operation and drilling engineers and service companies. He has trained and closely worked with the local G&G staff. He is well experienced on Field unitization, Use of Workstation GeoFrame, WellPix, WellEdit, StratLog, E-Log evaluation, Pc Basin Modelling, and Resource & Reserve Estimation for prospects by using R&A, and Economic Analysis, Risk & Portfolio Analysis for oil exploration.
He has discovered by proposing a new entrapment concept “the Giant North Gialo strat+structural combined oil field” (5 billion bbls) in Libya and as well as many other commercial discoveries in Libya and Turkey.He is focused on basin evaluation & prospect generation, planning, drilling and follow up the exploration wildcats, vertical & horizontal outpost, and infill wells for the oil & gas cap with thin oil leg for the stratigraphic & structural complex reservoirs, economics of oil and gas exploration
